Size Limitations When Sending Emails (Photos)

What is the size limits on attachments, when using Outlook. I realize that
my DSL (Verizon) has limits too. But does Outlook have size limits? It
seems that if I do my emails via Web Browser, large attachments can be sent,
but Outlook seems to choke.

Outlook doesn't have a limit but your ISP's mail server does. Using Outlook
to send a message and using your mailbox's web interface are not equivalent.
The ISP can impose different limits for each method.

There may be an issue of server timeouts was well. Sending a long message
may cause Outlook to time out and fail the send.
