Size 6 envelope will not print correctly

I have a fairly large dat base of envelopes that I use size 6 and size 10
envelopes only.
Just recently the size 6 envelopes do not print correctly.
I tried updating my HP Officejet 7130xi drivers and that didn't correct the
problem.
I then tried the office repair via the help menu.
This also didn't correct the problem.
Any ideas on what else I could do.
I could just make all mailings size 10 but I would raither not.

It's hard to say what the problem might be if you don't explain what the
symptoms are?

Essentially Word doesn't care about the paper size. That is a function of
the printer driver. By selecting page sizes, paragraph styles and margins
you tell the printer where you want the text to be printed in relation to
the feed mechanism of the printer. Therefore printing to an A4 or US Letter
sized page (whatever is your default) should indicate where the error lies.
You can then make adjustments to the margins and styles so that the text
prints where you want it to when an envelope is inserted in the printer. See
