It depends on the type of server and configuration. The default FP
search is veyr limited. If you're hosted on IIS and have Indexing Services
available, then you can script in ASP directly against the Indexing Service
catalog, giving you much more flexibility and capabilities. There are lots
of good ASP scripts out there for Indexing Services, check out http://www.asp101.com/articles/john/indexserver/default.asp and http://www.asp101.com/articles/john/indexserver/part2.asp for starters.
If you're not on IIS, or don't have access to Indexing Services
you'll have to go to another solution which will be very dependent upon your
host's capabilities. You should be able to find plenty of Perl and PHP
scripts, but again, these are dependent upon what your host has available to
you.
