Hi all

I am created quite a large site and think its about time I made a start on
the site map page,

Does anybody know of an easy way to create the site map rather than typing
out the name of every page and then hyper-linking them to the relevant
pages.

Is there a free program to do this?

Thanks
J

From the description of Table of Contents, this function should be able
to do the job, but it doesn't work for me.

When I select Insert / Web Component / Table of Contents / I get 3 links
the root (/). I have a directory structure set up - what am I doing wrong?

Use Preview in Browser to see the result. Design/Normal view and
Preview will only show the three "links".

Thank you Ron! No where in the help files does it mention this "little"
detail!

I`m left wondering, though, what the reason for this is.

Keeping the TOC page updated takes a lot of resources - it can add
minutes to the time taken to save any page on a large web. If the TOC
were displayed in Normal, or Preview it could slow down web
construction considerably. When the TOC page is saved it is updated
with the latest web site construction, then updated only when
Tools->Recalculate Hyperlinks is used (unless you have set it
[right-click->Properties] to update with every page save, with
possible subsequent long times to save).
