Site and Services question

in the sites and services snap in if you right click on a dc ntds settings
you see under the general tab a default query policy. Should I put the
default policy in from the drop down menu or leave it blank ad also what is
it for? is that the default domain policy?. Thanks
 
well it was blank but I put in the only option which is the default query
policy. is that ok?
