Time Skew

when i open any snap-in that is related to AD such as "domain controller
security policy " , "domain security policy" , AD user and comp" , "AD
Sites" .... this message was prompted to me:

The clocks on the client and server machines are skewed.

and when i try to open SYSVOL share i received that message.

W2K - Sp4 - and one DC is in Domain

Well time must be synced for domains to work correctly. Check your
time zones first because if you have a time zone set incorrectly and then
manually set the time so that it "looks right" you will be out of sync,
Kerberos authentication will fail, and the domain won't function as
designed.

Your client and server need to have their clocks set within 5 minutes of one
another.
