SiS Graphics Design

Will someone please give me an address for the designer or
company that created SiS Graphics Design on my windows xp
home edition. I received an error message which directed
me to report it to Microsoft, which I did, but the problem
is not with Microsoft. Further instructions were given to
contact the creator of SiS Graphics Design. Somehow, being
a computer iliterate, I managed to goof it up and loose
the address given. Any help would be appreciated.
