single Proxy settings for all users

I want to deploy 30 machine, I have finished installing
everything on a master computer. I updated Office XP and
Windows XP with the latest patches, installed all
applications I need. I am going to run sysprep, then to
ghost it for reproduction. Before that I want to have a
single proxy setting for all users, regardless of the
login they use(Local or domain). How can I accomplish this
single proxy setting on IE running in winXP?. Also, single
Home page(intranet home)

Any help is appreciated.
 
You can retain all of your settings for all users if you copy the
administator profile to the default user profile before running sysprep.
