Single presentation - single monitor?

Hi

I'm working with two presentations and have been trying to work out how
on earth to view them as two seperate windows. I have two monitors,
and I want to be able to have one presentation on one monitor, and one
on the other, so that I can view and copy between them. I can't work
out how to do this and have to click between the two in a single
window, which is really slow as I have to scroll back and forward
endlessly in huge files of complex, very similar slides. Hope someone
knows how to do this!

This works for PowerPoint 2002 and 2003. If you have your Desktop set to extend
over the both monitors, stretch the PowerPoint window to span both monitors.
Then go to the Window menu on the toolbar and click on "Arrange All".
