Single form will display one record at a time,
Continues form will display all the records one after the other.

Both options can look the same, if the form is Unbound to a table
Or
the record source of the form has only one record
Or
The form is big (cover the all screen) so they both look like they
displaying one record

Hi Ofer,

Thank you very very much! I find your answer is clear and just to the point.
Could you tell me how you build up your skill so well?

Hi Clara,
I've been working with Access for the last 10 years since Access 2.0, so I
know a bit.
But I've been larning much more since I've been in this discussion group,
it's amazing how much can learn from other people.

Helping others can help you to by reading other people answers.

If you make the form have only ONE line of detail..and then flip into
continues....you see what happens.

You also have to have several records in the table to see the results.

Here is some screen shots of how they will look...

Look at the above...and then go get creative!!!

*Very* nice!

You might want to change "Continues" (in the title) to
"Continuous", however... ;-)

Thanks for putting up that page.
