The message could not be sent. The authentication setting might not be
correct for your outgoing e-mail [SMTP] server. For help solving this
problem, go to Help, search for "Troubleshoot Windows Mail", and read the
"I'm having problems sending e-mail" section. If you need help determining
the proper server settings, please contact your e-mail service provider.

The rejected e-mail address was '(e-mail address removed)'. Subject 'Fw:
Symantec Order Confirmation For Order #767938910', Account:
'mail.optonline.net', Server: 'mail.optonline.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server
Response: '550 5.1.1 unknown or illegal alias: (e-mail address removed)',
Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number: 0x800CCC79

The server is saying that the email address (e-mail address removed)
does not exist.

Can you send to yourself or to other email addresses?

So you are getting that same error message regardless of which
recipient you send to? Even when you send an email to yourself?

There is a possibility that the email account is corrupted, so delete
it from Windows Mail, restart Windows Mail, then recreate the account.
