Simultaneous zooming and motion

I'm working on a presentation in which I'd ideally like to zoom in on
an initially small image of a monitor, and then transition to a full
screen version of that monitor.

I'm open to trying it different ways, but the easiest way I could
envision was to have the monitor image slide to the center and zoom in
at the same time. I thus wanted to have two animations occur
simultaneously: a faded zoom, and a motion path, but I can't seem to
get them to occur at the same time (even if I set one to Start with
Previous).

Any troubleshooting help or other creative ideas on how to do this? : )

Maxine,
In the custom animation task pane, click on the listarrow next to the faded
zoom animation and choose advanced timings. Now you will have orange bars
appearing, position the cursor at the end of the faded zoom bar and drag
till you have a bar of the same length as the motion path.
