simple question: toggling between cell and text bar

If am navigating my spreadsheet with my arrow keys, and go to a cell that I
want to edit (not overwrite), is there a keyboard command that will turn the
cursor on in the text bar (and vice versa)...? thanks!

F2. The bar is called the formula bar.
