Simple home network 2 pcs

I have two PCs running XPHome on a network.

One machine shares files and a printer with the other.
When I view "My Network Places" on either machine I can see the shared
folder "SharedDocs On MyPC" however I cannot see the printer even though I
have it shared ?

Any ideas ?

To see the printer you will have to look in Start > Settings > Printers
and Faxes
or
Expand "My Network Places".
Expand "Entire Network".
Expand "MS Windows Network".
Click on your network name.
Double click the machine name that the printer is attached to.
