First of all, I would like to express my utter distaste
at Microsoft's apparent lack of customer support. All I
have is a simple question about some small facet of
Windows that could easily be answered by a 30 second
email, but as I searched the entire Microsoft website for
a customer service contact email, I became frustrated at
the lack of responsibility that is on this website. In
the so called "Support" section of the page, all I found
were phone numbers to other computer companies.
Unfortunately, I do not have a question about a Dell
computer, I have a question about Windows! I'm sure that
Microsoft could employ thousands of individuals with the
job of answering support emails. I think it's time for
Microsoft to accept their own responsibility and stop
pushing their problems off on other undeserving companies.
ok, now that I have sufficiently satisfied my
frustrations, about my question.
I don't know if anyone would be able to help me, but as a
last resort, I thought I would come here. I am having
trouble emptying my recycle bin. I tried to delete
something and it said "Cannot delete file: Cannot read
from source disk or file." I then restored the file in
the recycle bin, but it still said that my recycle bin
was occupied. now, it won't delete anything whatsoever,
and I am left to ask for help. I'm sure that this is the
stupidest question ever, but I seem to have made it into
something much larger. Oh well.
