Can you confirm that it is impossible to make automatic documentation with
XML comments in VB.net ??

There is no built-in support for XML comments in VB.NET but there are some
add-ins to do it. One of them is mine (below). Other is VBCommenter

Not in VS 2003, but it's there in .Net 2.0 and VS 2005.
