Simple centering on browser

I am designing a site (obviously) in frontpage....using the design way. I am
using layers to place the pictures and text where i want on there. Right now
the page size is 760x420 (800x600) but the problem i'm running into is i
want he whole thing to center on the browser and for anyones browser no
matter what their resolution is. Thanks!

Then you will need to learn CSS for positioning, as you will have to use relative positioning and
not absolute positioning or you can skip the CSS and use tables.
