Similar Question to XP Small-scale Deployment

I have to deploy 10-20 PCs per week with pretty much the same configuration.
The Computer names are different but, all else is exactly the same. (User and
Admin Account names, Profiles, logon scripts, et al). The machines arrive
with the OS already installed (OEM version). What is the best way to
accomplish this without running into license issues or CD key or activation
issues, etc.? I want to be legal, fast and trouble free.
