Silent PSU

Can anyone reccomend a silent or almost silent PSU. I use a Dell sometimes
and to me they do sound almost silent.

so looking for the same or better also needs to be 400W minimum.

I use a Zalman 400w which is fairly quiet but you can get PSU's with
no fan and huge heatsinks that are virtually silent if you are willing
to spend the bucks. Mine has a low rpm fan and a large heatsink but it
is not completely silent.
