Signiture File

I have a signiture attached to my email I was wondering is their a way to
only have the signiture attached to email going to outside email addresses.
I do not want it included when it goes to company employees.

Is their anyway that ou know of that Exchange would handle this or are people
just deleting the signiture when they send email.
 
People just delete.
