Signatures

Hi all,

I'm having a hard time to set up my signature on my Outlook express. It
works fine when I'm not on the company network, however the minute I sign
in...and I send and email, my logo and text becomes shaded or absent.

Also, this window with Active X keeps poping up after?
Question, can I not have a signature eventough I'm going through my
companies network?
