Signatures

I have an odd problem that I can't figure out... I have
created several different signtures in outlook 2002.
When I go to Tools/options/mail format/signatures, all
four of them show. If I select any one of them to be
used as the default signature, then it will automatically
show up as it should in new messages. However, if i want
to individually pick signatures for each email, with no
default, then then when I create a new msg and go to the
insert menu, first of all, signatures isn't on the menu
like i would expect. it's under autotext. but, if I go
to autotext/signatures, only two of the signatures are
listed. ????? I have tried deleting & re-adding. I've
looked everywhere for another place to edit the
signatures. Still nothing. Does anyone know anything
about this or how to correct it?? Any help would be
appreciated.

Thanks,
Angela

WordMail does not include an Insert | Signature command like the regular
Outlook editor. If you want to be able to insert a signature into a WordMail
message manually, you can to create an AutoText entry for each signature.
You can then insert them with the Insert | AutoText command.

Or, create multiple signatures the normal way and make one the default. If
you want to use a different signature for the current message, right-click
the signature that Outlook inserted automatically. From the pop-up menu,
select either the name of the signature you want to use or E-mail Signature
to create a new one.
