Signatures when sending pics or files

I've got signatures working fine for emails and responses, but when sending
pictures through Picasa, or databases with winrar, files throught acrobat,
etc., I can't figure out how to get the signature to show up.

(Don't tell me to export the files and send from within Outlook. That is
too much to ask of someone who has spent this much for an Office Suite)
 
Sorry, I have no idea how this ended up front page...... I had outlook
general questions on my screen.
