signatures - file location

I am created a stationery file that I want to be able to just save in the
signature folder so I can use it as my signature instead of stationery - that
way it will also appear in the messages I reply to.

I know that the folder location is

c:/documents & settings/user name/application data/microsoft/signatures

but when I try to save the htm doc to that location there is no
"application" data folder - I have tried to unhide folers and such but with
no luck - I need to set up several people with similar files and I don't want
to have to recreate the files going through the advanced edit in Outlook.

Thanks in advance for any help!!!

I am able to now see the folder sorry - but I had to show hidden folders - is
there any way around this? I have clients that I have made special
stationery for and I would rather they not have to show their hidden folders
in order to save the files.

Thanks,
Pladd

Open WIndows Explorer. In the address bar, enter

%AppData%\Microsoft\Signatures

Press Enter. What do you see?

I see the contents of that folder - I rehid the hidden folders and I still
see the contents of the folder - There are some .txt, html, and word files -
all related to the signatures that I have. My v-card file is also in that
folder.

Well, now you have a method of making sure the user sees the folder without
them having to unhide anything. That is what you meant by

isn't it? They can open the folder and just drop a file in it.
