Using Outlook 2007

I have a signature created and graphic (company logo .gif) attached. Works
fine and new emails and replys/forwards except when I forward a pdf
attachment.

When I foward an email that contains a pdf attachment my signature format
(font, color and logo) change to simple black and white and the logo or
graphic disappears. Why?
 
I believe so. Now I'm thinking I have to set something to read all messages
as HTML... am I on the right track?

Oh, about half, I think. :) Forwards should use the default message format
in Tools, options, mail format.
