signature

The signature I have created for another outlook email account is not being
automatically used when I use the appropriate email account to send my email

The signature thing works fine for one of my accounts - this is a different
signature - and if I insert it manually into an email it works fine. Why will
it not use my signature automatically?

You must be using Outlook 2003 or later and you must have a default
signature for EVERY account, even if it's just a blank one.

Hi there Brian

Thanks for your suggestion - I do have Outlook 2003 and yes, some of my
email accounts didn't have signatures - so I have changed them all to have a
signature - but still the 'new' signature does not get called in
automatically.

Any other ideas of what I could try?
