Signature only attaches as VCF

I can not insert my signature in my message. I click signature and choose
the signature and it only attaches the VCF card as an attachment and does not
appear in the message, does anyone know how to correct this?
 
Outlook version? How is your signature created? Did you select the Business Card option?
