Signature font changes when I reply

The font on my signature changes when I reply to some (not all) messages.

My 'reply' settings are all set to use the same signature.

Has anyone else experienced this problem? Cannot find any settings that are
off.
 
Had problems with line spacing because the sig is in HTML and the message I'm
replying is in RTF or plain text.
