My Outlook 2003 does not show the folder with Signatures in it. I can create
new ones and use them but can't import any new ones. I have unhidden the
Application Data folder

this is the string C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local
Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

but I cannot get them in Outlook to use.

Wrong folder. Signatures are in %userprofile%\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures

Sue, Thanks for the step but it says "Cannot Find Path"--

this is the string I see as I start with C:\Documents and Settings (then
either) Administrator or AllUsers \ (Choosing Admin I see) User Data\ (At
this point I see a DAT file & Folders with numbers) \ (using) AllUsers (Same
thing Dat File & Desktop, Favorites folders)

I hope this helps to clear my dilemma.

What application are you using to look? Outlook automatically puts signatures in this folder when you create them through Outlook's interface. If you are using Windows Explorer, you may need to use Tools | Folder Options to make system folders visible.

Sue,

I still am getting wrong path. I have User default but nothing shows up
after going to TOols and changing to view all files.

How can I correct this? Also when I search for .htm files they don't come up

I don't know what you mean by "getting wrong path."

It almost sounds like you have created no signatures yet.

Sue,

I found it after going to this string C:\Documents and
Settings\Administrator\Application Data\Microsoft\Signatures.

Thank you for leading the blind.

As for the wrong path I entered the above string wrong somehow and the pop
screen said it was invalid. But all is well and again thanks for your
patience.
