Signature file

Hi.
I have had a signature file that I used successfully for a few years at the
bottom of my emails, using Outlook 2002 Sp3.
I recently some text and resaved it.
Now, in my emails, the original picture, with text no longer appears, just
the box with a red x in the top left corner. The new text I added appears,
but the old picture/text combonation does not. I would like to have both.

Can any one help resolve this problem?
