Signature file moving to top of message

Hello,
We have Outlook 2003, sp3. Since we've gone to sp3 we have a couple of users
whose signature file has moved from the bottom left-hand side of the message
to the top center. These are image files (jpeg). This worked fine in sp2.
Can anyone tell me why this could be happening?

Just to amend my previous post, what seems to be happening is that the
stationery takes up the whole message, which is fine, but when the user
clicks into the message, they are below the stationery (Leaves) rather than
above it. This is also happening when we are in IE and we do File/Send/Page
by email. The HTML file takes up the whole message rather than allowing the
user to type at the top of the message. In SP2 a margin was created at the
top. Has anyone ever heard of this?
