Signature file as Attachment

I'm using Outlook 2003 with SP2. When I send an html message with a
signature file that contains a jpeg image, the message shows up at the
recipient with the signature showing as links to the file, and an attachment
containing the jpeg image.

But on some other recipients it appears just fine. Both recipients are using
Outlook Express.

Any ideas why or what to do?

The recipient might be reading all mail in Plain Text or has higher security
settings and there's nothing you can do.
