Signature Added to Draft

When I create an e-mail and save it in my Drat folder and later reopen it,
my signature is added to the top line. Also, when I edit the draft it will
insert my [Name] as if I was replying to someone else's email.
I know I can opt out on the "Mark My Comments" in Tool Options. But can't seem to find an thing I changed that adds my signature to my draft edits.
Any thoughts?

Thanks Bg

what version of outlook? are you saving it there by pressing the save button or by some other means?
