Vista would probably be very slow on an external drive even if it did work.

OK so it doesn't mention the UK or other countries... but put it this way,
an insider has just said "as long as you understand the languages
available, you should be alright" and gave a little wink.

I'm from the UK, so I've applied... and if I'm lucky, I'll prove this one
as well... seeing as a lot of "US only offers" can be loopholed ;o)

The registration page itself mentions non-US locations (I'm in the US), so
