"Sign out" program freeze

Whenever I "sign out" of MSN explorer the program
freezes "program not responding" and I have to "end
task." I have already unistalled and reinstalled MSN
explorer but this did not fix the problem. Please help!

Is it Explorer or Internet explorer that hangs?

What is running when your close. Some running programs may be causing this.
