Sign-In to SBCYahoo

We recently changed to SBCYahoo. Whenever we want to
sign on, we must give our E-Mail address and password.
There is a box which says "Don't ask for my ID on this
computer again, with a box to check. Although I check
the box everytime I have signed on, it still always ask
for my E-Mail address and password. When I called Dell,
who sold me my computer with the Microsoft program
insalled, they told me that they couldn't do anything
with passwords - contact Microsoft. Can you please help
me or direct me in the right direction? Many thanks.

Outlook Express keeps prompting for your password - Repair

This fix also applies to Outlook, other programs that store passwords
in the Protected Storage System Provider sub-branch of the Registry.
It also corrects some issues with Internet Explorer and AutoComplete.
