sign in probs

i need help everytime i try to send and receive e-mail it wants me log in and
when i do it pops back up every time i do it
 
Try removing your mail account, closing WinMail and then reopen it and add
the account back again.

ok i del the acc and redid everything and it stills tells to sign in and
password and when i put name and password in hit next it pops back up it is
windows security wiondow that asks for name/password
 
I don't know what to suggest then.
