Windows Security

From time to time, normally when I am in a new wireless environment, I
continually get Windows Security dialog box popping up requesting me to sign
in user name and pass-word. It continually pops up everytime I try to send.
Eventually it normally works although my messages seem to be stuck in the
outbox.

Very annoying but I can not get to the bottom of this.

Any help appreciated.

Sounds like a port 25 block, see
http://www.postcastserver.com/help/Port_25_Blocking.aspx

If you need more help with that, click Cancel when you get that dialog box.
It should then produce a detailed error message.
Right-click on your error message, copy, then paste it into a reply here.
We can't do much troubleshooting without the complete error message.
