Sidebar Web Service Unavailable?

up until this morning I had no problems with the sidebar gadgets but now my
weather and stocks gadgets aren't working! They both show a blank screen and
a message that says "service unavailable." if I hold my cursor over them it
actually says "service not available in your language or region."I haven't
changed or installed anything between last night and this morning. And I read
the other posts about changing my regional settings to US(english) but that
didn't help. I'm running Windows Vista RC1 build 5600 on a Toshiba R20-JK2
tablet PC in Canada. Anybody got an idea on how to get these things running
again?

P.S. I just noticed something weird, if I move the gadgets around the
weather appears, then disappears back to the blank screen... weird.

I tried to use some this morning in RC 1 and they showed the same problem.
The ones in RC 2, which were added last week, seem OK.

I have the same problem with RC2.

The weather gadget not worked since I installed this build. Then one day I
tryed again and worked for one day and then stopped working again since now.
