Shutdown?

I have win XP pro and when it shuts down it say windows
is shutting down but never does?

The problem might be due to the shutting down of the processes from your pc.
You might have alot processes running in the background thus taking alot of
time to shut down the pc.

You might also have spyware or malware on your pc.

Try these programs to check for any spyware that may be on your system:

Spybot - http://www.safer-networking.org/
CWShredder - http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/downloads.html

Try SpyWareBlaster to stop intrusions:
