ted, after i get on internet i am only on for 3-4 minutes, then it just shuts
down. i have tried to restore and it works the first time i log on then after
that it shuts down again. if you have suggestions email me at
(e-mail address removed). sorry if this is not enough help, but i can invite
someone to work on my computer while online. thanks moltybec

Your first step is to completely remove any viruses and spyware you may have
on your computer.

When you put a valid email address in a post to a public newsgroup you are
inviting spam.
