Shutdown when converting MP3

When I try to convert an WAV file to MP3 my computer shuts down. I ran
MEMTest and got no errors, then I checked the history on my CPU temp-no
problems. Any ideas? Mark

Since this is NOT a native function of Win2K you should be asking the vendor of the un-named
software.
