shutdown problem

hi this is reagarding my system shutdown problem iam
getting following problem with my P4 system.

Error Message: STOP 0x000000EA

Hi,

You have a device driver issue. First, you need to identify which is the
problem.

Then, you need to address it by either reinstalling the driver or, more
