Shutdown PCs If Inactive For X minutes

I need a utility that can power down XP PCs if they are incative for X
minutes. It has to be able to power it down if a user is logged in, is logged
in and has documents open, is logged in and has documents open and has the
workstation locked or if the user has not logged in. Can anyone help? Thanks
for any replies.

Try PsShutdown. If it works as you want you can use a Scheduled Task to have
it started after a period of idle time.
