shutdown msn messenger via scheduled task

I would like to be able to schedule a task that will shutdown msn
messenger if it is running.

How can I do this using Scheduled Tasks?
 
I am having a simular problem, I just got a new computer and am trying to set
up Task Scheduler and when I do, I get an error message saying ACCESS IS
DENIED, I do not have permission to set up an account.

How do i GET permission and use Task Scheduler for the 1st time???
