shutdown icon

How do program a desktop "shutdown" icon using Windows XP?
I've done it hundreds of times with Windows 98SE however,
found it to be different with XP. Thank You Very Much, Dan

Daniel,

Right click the desktop, new, text document. Name shutdown.bat

right click, edit, type without the quotes "shutdown-s"

for restart substitute -r for -s

for logoff substitute -l for -s
