I am looking to modify the startup and shutdown screens for my company, but I
can't find out how to change the screens. Any suggestions are appreciated.
If you're running Windows XP, your best bet is to use a third-party solution
such as TweakUI. Do a search at Google for "Windows XP startup screen",
there should be a bunch of utilities that pop up. Most of them are freeware
or shareware.
