Shutdown and logoff procedure must be done twice

On both my networked PCs (running 2000 pro and XP Home) the shutdown and logoff procedure must be done twice in order for it too finally work. They both just suddenly started this. I had installed Adaware Pro but see no connection. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Asdieman,

If you have ad-watch and it starts at boot up, you'll have the problem
that you describe, you must log off twice for it to work.
It is a bug in ad-watch.

If you disable it the problem will disappear.
