Shut up Pocket PC

Hi NewsGroup

i hope that somebody can help me.
I want that my Pocket Pc in no-load operation shut up on 7 minutes. Via the system options, it is possible to take 1 till 5 minutes as selection

How can i do it via vb.net or registry
