How to find if I have a missed call on WM5 Pocket PC

I am running Windows Mobile 5 Pocket PC on Cingular 8525.
I need to write a program where if I have a miss call the phone should beep
at a resular interval till I dismiss the notification.


I am trying to get the repeating thing as I really miss the feature.
I would appreciate if somebody has any idea to resolve the issue.
Can you guys have any idea if .NET compact framework can help to write such
managed code?

Can anybody give me pointers?
